You Can Still Apply for SAID!
Are you worried that you can’t apply for SAID anymore?
Well worry no more!
There are now 3 ways people can apply for SAID:
– Phoning the SAID line – 1-888-567-7243
– Go to your local Income Assistance office
– Send in the SAID package you received in the mail
SAID applications can still be sent in! There is no “due date.”
(Just keep in mind that you can only be eligible for benefits in the coming month to that you are applying in. For example anyone who gets in their application before June 30th is eligible for July benefits. Anyone who gets their application in after July 1st is eligible for August benefits, etc. so it’s good to get your applciation in sooner than later!)
